About Jocelyn Parham

For more than four decades, Jocelyn Fane’ Parham has remained committed to the ideals of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated - Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.
With over 39 years of membership and more than two decades of professional leadership experience, Jocelyn has dedicated her time, talent, and leadership to strengthening the chapter and supporting the continued growth of the sorority.
She has also played a key role in strengthening the chapter’s membership by leading the Membership Intake Process for Spring 2024 and Spring 2025, welcoming 18 new members into the sisterhood. In addition to membership growth, Jocelyn has focused on strengthening connections among Sorors by creating the Monthly Blue Table Talks, a safe and supportive space for open dialogue. These conversations have addressed topics such as seasonal depression, self-care, and what it means to live as a Finer Woman, helping to foster an inclusive environment where members feel heard, supported, and connected.
