Look at all we've accomplished together over the past three years. As your 1st Vice President, OXZ has experienced its highest membership numbers ever and maintained a retention rate of over 90%.

As I did three years ago, I come before you seeking a position for which I have no previous experience, and without state, regional or national appointments.

Just as I came before you then, I come before you now - with a renewed desire and stronger conviction to serve OXZ as its next President.

When the opportunity to serve at higher levels presents itself, rest assured I will answer the call for the good of the Sisterhood.

But for now, my mind, my heart and my soul have one singular focus: the continued success of OXZ.

You trusted me before and look at all we have accomplished together. Trust me again, and let's move Forward with purpose.

What a privilege it is to serve on the team of the 1st Vice President who personally led us across the burning sands.

Following her example, we learned that Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood are not just words we say, but principles we live by that guide our intentional desire to stay informed, support others, and build unbreakable bonds all while embodying a spirit of grace.

We respect Jocelyn's grind and her hustle. It is in this spirit, that we wholeheartedly support her on Moving OXZ Forward with Purpose as its next President, a role that she is qualified for, has worked hard in pursuit of, and rightfully deserves.

I am positive that Jocelyn will be a great president for the OXZ Chapter. As a Charter Member of OXZ, I endorse her based on the leadership she has demonstrated as the Chapter's First Vice President.

Jocelyn increased our membership through new members and is continuously encouraging inactive Sorority Members to come back to Zeta.

Jocelyn also invests her personal finances to serve the public through donations and public appearances. From her car to her daily attire, when people see Jocelyn, they say, "she must be a Zeta!"

I appreciate the examples Jocelyn sets as to what it means to be a Finer Woman of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Omicron Chi Zeta Chapter.
